Cherry Syrup

  • 1 – 375 ml bottle of Everyday Farms Pure Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp. of modified cornstarch
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Stir into juice until all lumps disappear. Heat over medium heat until it reaches a full boil. Boil 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice. Serve over pancakes or ice cream. Increase cornstarch by 1 tbsp for a thicker product.
